  1. Download – click Next
  2. Share – click Shared Next
  3. Get Code

At the completion of the process you should see a new window which includes your license code:

(I have blurred the code but its location is indicated in the screenshot by the red arrow)

**I have not tested this software and this is not a recommendation, merely letting readers know about the giveaway. What I can tell you is that the downloaded file scans 100% clean through Virus Total. I also checked the installation process in a virtual environment and installation was perfectly straightforward and clean with no additional bundling or nasty surprises.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Please note that the *Facebook* share involved in this giveaway may not be working properly in some browsers. Following up on a comment from a DCT subscriber, I checked through the process required to get to the license code. I checked the sharing function through both Facebook and Google+, I couldn’t check the Twitter share because I don’t have a Twitter account. The Google+ share worked perfectly, with the giveaway page then displaying a link to reveal the license code. However, I could not get the Facebook share to work at all, either in Firefox or Internet Explorer. After completing the sharing process the browsers were just closing out and not returning to the giveaway page, so it was impossible to retrieve the license code.

I immediately sent off en email to our Amigabit contact explaining the issue. I have received a response which says, in a nutshell, that they are unable to remedy the problem. Here is that response:

I have checked that all codes are ok, and I checked some facebook share buttons on other websites, it also has the same problem. I don’t know why. The share button may not be compatible with some browsers, but I cannot change these codes, just only use them directly.
While I appreciate that these things can happen, I trust Amigabit realizes it is not a good situation. I can but apologize to everyone.
