Easily add animated frames to photos

I came across this freeware just the other day and was quite keen to try it out. I’m not much into playing with photos but I do enjoy dressing up congratulatory emails for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and this looked like a cool idea for personalizing photos to include in messages. It’s called Glitter Frame GIF Maker, it’s completely free and works a treat.

The thing that impressed me most about the software, apart from the fact that it is quick and effective, is the pure simplicity and ease of use. Three simple steps is all it takes; select a glitter frame, load a photo, save to hard drive:

Download file size is quite small (1.82MB) and scans 100% clean through Virus Total, installation is trouble free with no added extras or nasty surprises. The software comes down with a good variety of built-in templates and there’s heaps of extra free templates available to download from the home site HERE.

Here’s one I created in around 20 seconds:

(that’s my beautiful little great granddaughter by the way).

Apart from the effect looking really cool, don’t you just love to impress relatives and friends with this stuff. I can hear them now – ‘how on earth did you do that!!’ – (I won’t tell if you don’t). 🙂
