Turn A Message Into A Meeting In Outlook 365

As you all know, I am all about saving time and keystrokes, so it would follow that I love this great shortcut in Outlook 365!

This is quick and easy and I think you are going to love it as well.

Follow the steps below to learn how:

  1. Open a new message that you would like to turn into a meeting (i.e., Jane do you think the new logo will catch on? John, what are your thoughts? We need to discuss the pros and cons on this.)
  2. Use this shortcut, CTRL + Alt + R
  3. Your message will turn into a meeting invitation with attendees. Set your Location, Start Time, and End Time
  4. Click Send

That’s it, folks. Your meeting has been set up and sent!

You’re welcome!
