Oldies Reaction to Google Glass (video)

A few months back we presented a video showing how kids today react to older technology… you can catch up with that video here: Kids Reaction to Old Computers. This video reverses that situation showing how older people react to new technology… namely Google Glass.

Check it out to see how these elderly folk do when presented with Google Glass – I reckon they do pretty well, but then, I am an oldie myself:

  1. As an “oldie” myself (63), I find it quite interresting. It could be useful, but it would be QUITE anoying to anyone around you.
They’d be listening to me talking to my glasses. They also may be concerned that you are recording THEM as well. Google Maps would be useful for walking or driving, just not WHILE walking or driving. As far as the phone part goes it works like a hands-free and would be just as distracting/annoying as well.

    Now for the questions……….

Is the phone service included in the purchase price? If not, how much per month?
Is the Internet included in the purchase price? If not, how much per month?

Over-all an interresting article. Thanks for sharing………….Alan
