Yes, I did check out the company behind 123apps because there is very little information on the site itself.
The domain is registered under the name Porkbun LLC which, according to Whois, is based in the US and is associated with the Web & App Development industry.
The domain has been stablished for a long time, which is a good indication of legitimacy.
I ran the URL through 2 scam detector sites and both gave it a clean bill of health with very high scores for safety.
The site does include a link to its privacy policy, at the bottom of the page. I didn’t check it out but you might like to.
