Using the Format Painter in Word (video)

The Format Painter is a very handy tool that I use every day, mostly in Word, but it is available in Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint. Remember: it is used to copy formatting. This works great with text headers and paragraphs, but it doesn’t work for everything. Still, if you didn’t know about it – you should.
