Shortcuts In Word!

Everyone loves shortcuts right?  Anyone who knows me knows for sure that I just love to save time and key strokes!  So today I will share some of those shortcuts with you:

Follow the steps below to learn how:

  • Ctrl + V – Paste
  • Ctrl + C – Copy
  • Ctrl + S – Save
  • Ctrl + K – Insert Hyperlink
  • Ctrl + R – Right-align text
  • Ctrl + J – Justify text
  • Ctrl + O – Open
  • Ctrl + F – Find
  • Ctrl + U – Underline selected text
  • Ctrl + Z – Undo
  • Ctrl + Q – Reverse Indent
  • Ctrl + P – Print

  1. Thankyou for these shortcuts.
    Not because they will save me time in Word but because my little old laptop is very old and frequently nowadays the touch pad says it has had enough.
    So I have to find other ways to finish my work.
    One day I might even buy a new laptop, maybe. These days an internet connection is required to at least get it running but I don’t have one so
    Until then I will use these for work and save my touch pad to make it last as long as possible.
    Oh and the mouse hasn’t worked at all for ages whether plugged in or wireless.
