How To Transfer Money From PayPal To Your Bank

I moved $75 from my PayPal account to my bank account. Here is how I did it.

Sign in to your account. On the first screen, look for the “PayPal balance” box and click on “Transfer Money”.

Or you can click “Wallet”, and then “Transfer Money”.

Now you get this screen: “Transfer to your bank”, or “Add money to your balance”. If you want to add money to PayPal from your bank, click “Add money to your balance”.

I clicked “Transfer to your bank”.

Then you get to a screen saying “Get paid today with instant Transfer”. I selected “Not now”.

Now the “Transfer amount” screen.

First, it will show you your entire balance, and it’s reflected in the transfer button at the bottom of the screen. Enter how much you want to transfer, then click the pencil icon. You’ll now notice the transfer button reflects the amount you entered.

If the right bank account is not displaying, click on Change and make the appropriate changes.

Select your transfer time. “In minutes” with a fee or “in 3-5 days”, free of charge. I don’t mind the “in minutes” fee, but when I selected that option, they asked me to add my bank card. But I couldn’t add it because my card doesn’t have the three-number security code feature.

So I had no choice but to choose the “No fee” option.

I then clicked the “Transfer $75.00 CAD Now” button.

Finally, the message “You transferred $75.00”. Click “Done”. You’ll be taken back to your main account page. Your money is now in your account, or will be in a few days.

  1. I transfer money back and forth all the time between my main checking and PayPal only because I don’t want my checking account number floating around out there , I keep only what I need in PayPal to pay for certain purchases and in between purchases there is only a few bucks in my PayPal account at any given time. .
But be careful doing this, sometimes PayPal flags it as suspicious activity and you will have to provide proof to them it is really you.
