  1. I haven’t received an email notification. I know it could be a few reasons, but I’m just making sure that entering my email address incorrectly isn’t one of them

      • Nothing from Dave’s (or you) in the inbox – nor the junk mail (nor in deleted items). In fact, I’ve never seen anything in the junk mail – which is why I use that address for contests and download messages in the first place.
        Try the Verizon.net address (if you have access to it).
