Apple rolled out an update to its mobile OS, iOS 7.1.1.
Included in the update are:
- In the App Store app, disclosure when an app offers in-app purchases. For apps that offer them, ‘In-App Purchases’ is displayed under the price box in Top Charts and featured apps listings.
- A fix for a bug that could impact keyboard responsiveness
- Touch ID fingerprint recognition improvements
- A fix for using Bluetooth keyboards with VoiceOver enabled.
iOS 7.1.1 is available for iPhone 4 and later, 5th generation iPhone touch and later as well as iPad 2 and later.
To receive the update, in the Settings app, go to General –> Software Update and and tap ‘Install Now’. If it has not yet been downloaded, you may be prompted to download and install. You can also receive the update by connecting to iTunes.
