    Hi Jim,

    How are you?
I was looking at your Happy Halloween programmes and tried to download PDF to Word converter.

I had all sorts of trouble, when I tried to register it cycled round to a Halloween pumpkin scene and would not let me create a new account.

This happens when I click “get it free” on the first page and “get it free”.

Can you help me navigate properly?

    All the best.

    • Hi Peter – It’s working fine for me. After you click on the ‘Get if Free’ button, you should see the ‘Sign In/Sign Up’ popup same as the screenshot in the article above. You should click on the orange ‘Sign Up’ button, not on the green ‘Sign In’ one.

A new page should then open with a form to fill in. Type in all the required details and then click on the ‘Sign Up’ button.

If that all goes to plan, you should then receive this message… “You have almost finished your registration. Please go to your email: [submitted email address] to activate your account before you login”

You will now receive an email from Wondershare which includes an ‘activation’ link. Clicking on that link will then activate your account and open a web page where you will see “2. Free Halloween Gift” with a ‘Get Now’ button. Click on that ‘Get Now’ button.

      Let me know,
      Cheers… Jim

  3. I went through the whole process to get the PDF Word program and it takes me to a page to get a 15 day trial period. I thought this was free but it doesn’t seem to be.

    • Linda – Did you not receive an email from Wondershare which includes a download link and registration code??

Yes, you may well be downloading the Trial version, but when you input that registration code it will activate/register the software and it will then become the full, unlimited version.

I’ve been through the process three times now myself; once when I first published the article, again after receiving Peter’s comment, and yet again after receiving your comment. Each time it has been completely trouble free and successful.

I don’t know what more to say really.

      Cheers… Jim

  4. Hey, thank you very much! Cool gifts for every one. Thank you and blessings to you and your family! ūüôā
