Some videos have no sound but others work fine. I assume it depends on what software is playing that particular video. The ones that have no sound have a link at the bottom to go to youtube to play the video, but there is no audio there either. Why am I not getting audio?

Hi Larry - What browser are you using? Is this a problem with online videos only?
Try this: right click on the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Open Volume Mixer". Now, make sure the volume level under your browser's name is set to somewhere near maximum. In fact, make sure all volume levels are set to somewhere near maximum.
