Is there anyway to stop popups from web pages when I type the name of a service company ? The popups are like, "need a roofer"

Is this happening randomly on multiple sites Jim, or on a specific site or sites only? Can you please provide a link to an example site.

Hi Jim, this occurs on random sites when looking for a service company.
The most recent was I typed in DWF roofing and when I clicked on any of the items listed I got a popup. And if I returned to web page and clicked on another listed item, the popup showed again. It said, "looking for a roofer" with a spot to reply.

I really feel, stupid! Now I can not reproduce the popup. Next time I will take a screen shot and attach.
