How to: Permanently display menus in all Explorer folders

When you first start using Windows 7 you will notice the menu items, which usually appear across the top of an open Windows Explorer folder, are missing; [b:39urhr7z]File, Edit, View, Tools, Help[/b:39urhr7z]. This can easily be called up at any time by pressing the [b:39urhr7z]Alt + F[/b:39urhr7z] keys but you can make them visible/accessible permanently in all folders by changing a simple setting:
