How to: Permanently display menus in all Explorer folders

When you first start using Windows 7 you will notice the menu items, which usually appear across the top of an open Windows Explorer folder, are missing; [b:39urhr7z]File, Edit, View, Tools, Help[/b:39urhr7z].
