If you have KB3206632 installed then this update may not install. I have three PC's running W10 and the only one the update would install in was the one that did not have KB3206632 installed.
The info on the KB3213986 is saying it replaces KB3206632, well that may be true but it refuses to install on two of my PC's.
KB3206632 will have a winver 14393.576 and KB3213986 will have a winver 14393.693.
I for one am not going to uninstall KB3206632 just to see if KB3213986 will.
