I have problems setting my BIOS. I set the correct boot order and save/exit. All is well for a while. On a restart is get a missing hardware notice. I reboot to BIOS and the boot order is wrong (again). I reboot and do a F8 to bring up a selection of drives and then select the correct drive and Viola....everything is OK.
Legal copy, SSD boot drive, 20GB RAM, 600w power supply

If you have an SSD running with an HDD then you may want unload the drives by unplugging the drives so the pc will boot from the SSD. Also make sure the SSD is in the first sata port, usually sata port 0. Bear in mind though, you will have to go into bios and then change the drive boot order. I find that the HDD will always boot first, especially if it is in the first sata port.
If this does not work, then you might want to consider installing EasyBCD to set your boot device.
