Hi all, here is my trouble. I use outlook express and today I was trying to open it as usual and that’s what I see: “Outlook Express could not be started because Msoe.dll could not be initialised. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.” Well I installed it again but no changes appeared. I have tried running the installer as admin, installing to a different area, disabling all other services on startup except for Microsoft services, ending various processes in the background. NOTHING seems to be working. Any ideas what the hell the deal is? I use Outlook 2007. Maybe it is to old and is breaking because of this?

I am not a Outlook user myself but I did some research and found this link.
http://www.tenforums.com/browsers-email/13016-outlook-2007-not-sending-after-windows-10-installation.html. You might give it a read. Seems a lot of users are having issues with W10 and Outlook 2007.
Presumably that's Outlook Express on Windows XP?
Microsoft suggests backing up your OExpress data and reinstalling.
