Hello.
I faced such a problem: the computer does not see the webcam at all, i.e. it doesn't even appear in the list of devices, where drives C, D, E, scanners and cameras.
When Skype starts, it opens the wizard and says there is no equipment installed.
What could be the problem here?
If it's about the drivers, then please explain which ones are needed, how do you understand which ones are needed, where to get them?

Have you checked the manufacturer's website? They should have drivers available for you.
