When I use the bcdedit /enum all /v in the command prompt I get a long list of objects that are stored in the BCD store. My ? is are all these GUID entries actually needed?
These are the bcdedit entries on my W8.1 PC.

Now that you've added the screenshots nothing looks out of the ordinary. Yes, there are a lot of entries, but most of them relate to shutdown, reboot, hybrid shutdown, etc.
Perfectly normal.
