Is this program still useful on modern computers with all the advances in software security, or better suited for dial-up and DSL users? It still supports IE making me wonder who is still using this browser. Appreciate the feedback, Mindblower!

Hey MB,
That's a blast from the past. If I recall correctly, SpywareBlaster was always more specific to IE than any other browser, concentrating mainly on preventing Active X infections. Whether or not the developer has broadened its scope more recently, I do not know.
However, with a decent AV installed plus the advancements in native security features these days, I cannot see it being of much added value.
Cheers mate... Jim

Just wanted an educated opinion as I have been updating it for years, and wanted to remove some installed programs which serve no real purpose. Thanks Jim, Mindblower!
