Core Virtual Accounts is a software that creates an isolated environments on your PC within which other programs can run.

Using iCore virtual machine as a sandbox program for safer browsing and installing new software provides an additional layer of security for your computer, because all changes remain contained in a Virtual Account. [/quote:1mcala1y][/b:1mcala1y]

Actually I'm a bit surprised as to whether it is XP and higher or just XP.

Considering that Date Published is May 5, 2010, it couldn't be only for XP...

It would be great if someone having W7/Vista could give a try.

I checked that information out via other sources (on the net) Grr and they confirm it 'officially' supports XP only.

Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean it would not work in Vista or Win7.

I like the concept.....going to see if I can contact support and find out some more.

Cheers mate....Jim

Thanks Jim.

From their FAQ page:

[quote:pakscp5w]When will iCore Virtual Accounts support Microsoft Windows Vista/7?

In the nearest time iCore will release iCore Virtual Accounts for Microsoft Windows Vista.[/quote:pakscp5w]

From Wikipedia:
As of January 28, 2010, the system is not compatible with Windows Vista.[4] But it's planned to support Windows Vista in the nearest release.

Hope that the Beta version would support higher versions of Windows
