Hi guys,
just discovered this neat tool and I thought I should share it with you. The name of this tool is Folder Guide and it provides quick access at your favorite files and folders thru right clicking anywhere on your desktop or inside windows explorer. For me it means 2 clicks away from my documents, drives and downloads. You can ad any folder you wont and remove it as you wish. Give it a try. I am not sure if I can post links, but you can Google it and it will be there.
This is what the home page says:
Folder Guide is a free handy utility that provides fast access to your frequently used and favorite folders. It can operate as the part of your context menu in your Windows Explorer.

After quick install it will appear in context menus of Windows Explorer and Open/Save dialogs as "Folder Guide" item. With Folder Guide, you no longer need dozens of mouse clicks to navigate to your desired folder. Now reach your favorite folders in just 2 mouse clicks. Select from right click menu "Folder Guide" then click on your desired folder. Folder Guide runs automatically as part of the Windows Explorer context menu, so you will never need to start the program otherwise you want to edit the list of folders. It also works from the desktop, the Start button.

Folder Guide is a freeware and 100% Spyware FREE. It does NOT contain any Spyware, Adware or Viruses.

Hey coolczone - Thanks for the info.....sounds like a handy tool.

It is OK to post links, just so long as the site in question is rated 'Safe' by the reputable site advisory services....e.g. McAfee Site Advisor and WOT.

If a site is rated RED by one of those, the link will most likely be quickly deleted anyway. And if anyone continually posts links to RED rated sites or any disreputable sites (you know the sort I mean ) that member will just as quickly be banned from the forum altogether.

Helpful links to sites rated GREEN, such as the one for the software you are recommending, are fine.

Hope that clears it up for you and thanks again for the useful heads up,
Cheers....Jim
