To be frank I am not into Blogs, Facebook, Twitter or any other social networking sites even though I accept invitations from friends for fear of upsetting them!! I have the short remainder of my life to live outside of keyboard bashing. If the Blog is as easy to get at as a newsletter and I am advised there is something new to read, fine.
Blogs are good, especially with a Subscribe by Email option. And add one more vote to the STAY AWAY FROM SOCIAL MEDIA column. I hate having to log in to Facebook for anything! And when/if Facebook fades, who wants to have to figure out the next step and how to move followers?
Looking forward to see the change. If it makes things easier for you & for me it's a good thing. Like others I don't have much free time to wade through information that's difficult to find/use.
Good luck, I know it will be a big undertaking.[/size:3h448ptj]
For those that are interested here is a sneak peek at the new format - https://davescomputertips.com/
I think it's only fair that those who've expressed their opinions can see the result! The newsletter will be folded into the blog, so you won't miss the newsletter. There may be some testing of the email system and I appreciate your patience and understanding. You may also notice the logo at the top has been refreshed.
A couple of caveats...
Do not bookmark the link - it will change when we go live. You can now bookmark![/color:3krxk8pa]
This is mostly final, but there will be some changes and final cleanup, so consider this a preview only.
HUGE UPDATE: I've gone ahead and taken the test site LIVE at https://davescomputertips.com.[/color:3krxk8pa][/size:3krxk8pa]
It is still a work in progress, and there will be some minor changes as I muck with this and that, but the underpinnings and functionality are working and will work.
