Create & Share Your Own Online Wall at Padlet.com

If you’d like an easy way to share and/or build a project with friends, or through work, or for teaching purposes, here is a free online service which allows you to do just that. Just head on over to padlet.com to check it out.

padlet.comYou can easily add various elements to your wall, such as images, text and graphics, and it comes with a surprisingly wide range of customization options:

Privacy/visibility options are also very well catered for:

Some of the features require you to sign up for an account and, if you wish to take full advantage of Padlet’s overall versatility, that’s probably the preferred option. However, as I said, it’s completely free, and all that’s required is an email address and password. There is also an option to log in using a Google ID.

Padlet supports all major browsers, including mobile. All in all I think it is a brilliant concept and one which could easily replace Facebook for when one wishes to selectively share details of a particular trip or event. Well worth checking out!
