Excellent software. After install though, it says V10 is available (this is version 9.6) but fair enough !
According to my contact at WonderFox, you can safely upgrade the giveaway version to V10 and it should still be okay.
If you encounter any problems after upgrading to V10, please let me know and I’ll chase it up through my contact.
Great, I am trying that right away…
It worked like a charm !
http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/hd-video-converter/change-logs.html is the download URL for V10.
Thanks again !

Thanks again !
You are most welcome! 🙂
Also, the lifetime offer is slightly misleading : it says :
Every day during our back-to-school campaign, 10 customers will enjoy free of charge for lifetime free updates and VIP service. (Random Selection). At the top of the paid offer, it says “lifetime free upgrade”. This is not so fair…
What’s unfair about it? What it is saying is that everyone who pays for the full license will receive lifetime free upgrades and, 10 lucky buyers who are picked out randomly, will not have to pay anything during check out but will still receive lifetime free upgrades.
Sounds fair to me.
Oh I think you are right, I was confused, and may not be the only one, by the choice of the word “customer” in ” “10 customers picked at random”… I thought at first it referred to the ones who bought the same software. I probably means any Wonderfox customer.
