Where Is The BCC Field In Outlook?

How many times have you had to send out an email to a lengthy list of people? I am betting more than once. Well, you can turn on the BCC field so that the list of recipients is not visible to everyone on the list!

Follow the steps below to learn how:

  1. Launch Outlook.
  2. Create a new message by pressing CTRL + N.
  3. On your Ribbon, select Options.
  4. Click Bcc.
  5. Enter address.

By the way, the BCC feature is sticky, meaning that once you show it the first time, it will always appear from then on.  You can also turn it off and that will be sticky also.
