More Control Center Information!

It seems as though lots of folks were happy to get information regarding the Control Center I told you about last time. So, what the heck! Let’s see if we can learn a little more, shall we? Last time, I believe I told you that you could access your Control Center from anywhere on your iPhone, including your Lock screen, and when you are inside an app. Right! Well, guess what! You can also open your Control Center without swiping down! Yep! You read that correctly. If you have a phone with Face ID, you can use Back Tab (double or triple-tapping the back of your phone), AssistiveTouch, or the Action button if your model has it.

Follow the steps below if you want to use the Back Tab (iPhone 8 or beyond):

  1. You should also know that this feature will allow you to assign actions to a double or triple-tap on the back of your phone!
  2. Go to Settings | Accessibility | Touch
  3. Scroll down and tap Back Tap
  4. Select either Double Tap or Triple Tap
  5. Now select Control Center from the list of actions that appear.
  6. You can now tap the back of your iPhone two times or three times to open your Control Center. It all depends on your selection!

It is exciting to learn new things, no?
