This suddenly stopped working. Attached are the messages I received. Can someone please help?

Hey David,
Please, try the following:
1. Download ISUS.msi file from http://www.public.asu.edu/~hbe.....ments.html (that's at Arizona State University).
2. Save it in C:Program FilesCommon FilesInstallShield.
3. When the Update Manager asks for this file, point it to the saved ISUS.msi file (click on OK to close the top window and then on Browse to change from Path 1 to the above one where you saved the file to).
Make a backup of ISUS.msi (preferable under a different name) just in case.

Very strange.
Well, you can always uninstall it and reinstall it.

My internet searching though shows that most people remove this program and never put it back. If you take it off and never miss it, I'm not sure I'd put it back myself.
Anyway, you can reinstall using the file you downloaded a few posts back.

After checking your log, I think the best approach is the one suggested by Ziggie: uninstall InstallShield Update Manager and if any of your programs say they need it, then reinstall it. Otherwise, don't bother.

Use this file referenced by FD to reinstall.
