Transferred from Blog. Yes Jim, run sfc / scannow, chkdsk /f, and Samsung Magician for firmware updates. No errors detected and something I run monthly.

What I find odd, is this error took place months later with basically nothing new added, other than software updates, Mindblower!

Yes, well, operating systems are extremely complex involving millions of lines of code, it doesn't take much to upset things.

Is the machine still blue screening or has it settled down now?

All is well Jim. Hope everything I did has removed the problem. Forgot that glitches are bound to happen to all of us. Just over reacted. Thanks for the reassurance, Mindblower!
