constantly trying to get into windows explorer and keep receiving this message, windows explorer not responding) I hope someone could help me fix this issue .

I've seen this error pop due to corrupt system files and/or a registry problem.
The first thing I'd try is to open a Command Box with Admin privileges and run: sfc /scannow
