I currently have a Sager Notebook with 32-bit XP Prof. SP-3
I am buying a Toshiba Notebook with 64-bit Win 7 Home Prof. SP-1
What is the best way to transfer App's., Data, Favorites (Bookmarks) and a ton of jpg photographs from the old to the new notebook???

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Hello WT
How about using a pen drive?
Of course, this largely depends on the total size of all the files you need to copy.
Which browser are you using?
I ask this because some browsers like Google Chrome will automatically back up your history and favourites, provided you're logged on to Gmail or whatever whilst using the browser.
Let us know if you need any further help.
Cheers

Marc,

Sorry for poor follow-up but have been away for a while. By pen drive I assume that you mean a USB Thumb Drive. I have IE-8 on the old notebook and IE-11 on the new one. I'll look into a larger Thumb Drive and give it a try. Thanks
