Hey guys,
I save up my problems to batch post.
One of my backups is a USB3 external. Whenever there is a reboot my machine no longer will see that drive. If I unplug the drive and then re-plug all is ok. No big deal except when I am gone for a while no backups.....
This USB3 drive is plugged into a USB2 outlet.

Hi carbonterry2,
I had the same problem with my system.
My solution was to buy a dedicated USB3 PCI card. They are quite inexpensive.
This not only solved the disconnect problem but I'm now getting ~120 MB/s transfer rates instead of the old 25 MB/s speeds.
Much gooder
Richard
