Hi all

I am using Windows 7 and my recycle bin icon is missing from my desktop.  Doing the "right click on the desktop, personalize, change desktop icons, check the recycle bin box" doesn't work.  Is there anything else I can try?  Thanks.

Hi BJ - I see you reported the exact same issue on another help forum back in 2009. Does that mean you've been searching for a solution for 3 years??

I guess it might be a bit late to try a System Restore. Smile

When you say that placing a checkmark in the recycle bin box "doesn't work"... does that mean you are able to place a checkmark in the box but it doesn't make any difference OR is the recycle bin option grayed out and you are unable to checkmark it?
