Hello folks,
I tried to make a system image using EaseUS Partition manager and Imag Burn and I saw the attached error message. Can you please explain how this message (see 1st attachment) can be true when I was specifying Disk 2 as the storage device? (see 2nd. attachment). The total sizes invollved are well inside the requirements specified in the error message. I made a start-up .ISO without difficulty.

Regards,
mgb

MG,
I'm not seeing any attachments. Can you try to re-upload or describe in a little more detail what you're trying to accomplish and the error message(s) you see?

Hello Dave,
Thanks for your response and sorry about the missing attachment. I've rectified my mistake for the error message file, but the file showing disk space avaiolability, at 176k exceeds the upload limit. So I'll try to explain: the source is a 300GB disk, partitioned in two bits of 150GB (C: & D:). OK, I've now reduced the size of my screen shot, and it should now appear belore your very eyes! i HOPETHINGS ARFE CLEAR.

Are you trying to image both C: and D:, or only one of the two? Also (out of curiosity) which OS are you using?

Hiya David,
Thanks for your attention.
Sorry, C: and Win7 Ultimate SP1
Anyway, I resolved the problem of "not enough room" by merging C and D partitions, which allowed me to complete my start-up CD. When resizing the file for attachment to my previous message, I realized there was not as much free space on the disk as I thought, so I merged C and D - now I have to split them again! We live and learn!! Also means I have a full system .iso image which was my ultimate goal.

However, I still do not understand the error message aboiut free file space requirements for various disk sizes, so could you enlighten me, please?

Regards,
mike b
