What is the Make and Model of the PC?

If the PC is home built what is the Make and Model of the motherboard?

What steps have you tried to enter the BIOS?

Is the keyboard connected through USB or PS/2? (USB is a rectangular connection and PS/2 is round)?

You should be able to boot in Safe Mode via the Control Panel:

Go to Control Panel>Administration Tools>System Configuration>

Boot>Boot Menu and select Safe Mode. Restart computer and you

should find the reboot is in Safe Mode. Remember to change the

setting back to the original boot configuration.
