Hey Micah - Methinks you've been asking this question on various forums for quite some time now. So far as I know there is no way to do this. I do not believe that feature is available within the operating system neither do I know of any 3rd party software which adds this function.

Maybe someone else might know, but I seriously doubt it.....sorry.

Hey Micah - Good news!! The Windows Club have just released freeware which allows you to easily adjust the size of the taskbar thumbnail preview in Windows 7.
