Am in the beginning stages of configuring my brand new Acer Home 11 (it is a much smaller tower, and just ideal for my online banking and accessing secure sites) replacement computer (still running 8.1) The large task is in installing my new setting and junking all those prepacked programs. But, so far, the programs I have installed seem to work with 11. Only time will tell. Big obstacle is some of my programs have exceeded the number of installs, so am waiting for customer support to grant me access), Mindblower!

Congratulations on your Acer PC purchase, running W11. I have my main machine booting W7, W10 and Gentoo Linux. Use Gentoo for just about all of my online computing. Good Luck with that Acer!!!
Update. This is an Acer Aspire XC-1760 with 16G ram,and 250GB NVMe SSD. With all my programs installed, I still have over 170GB free. Was planning to increase the SSD, but for what I am using the computer, there is more than plenty of remaining space. Am almost finished installing all my links to the browser as well as the tweaking. Must say I am very impressed with the Acer brand having 2 computers from them. Found Amazon offers the best prices for new desktops, Mindblower!
