Dear henry9x9. Are you new to using computers? It is NOT just the cpu, ram, etc. but what programs you load at start-up. Some programs, like security software takes longer to load. And if you add a VPN at start-up, your 30 seconds will be like a blink of an eye.
And there are a few other factors which can effect your start-up time. Hard disk type, amount of fragmentation, can how you have the computer configured.
Quite honestly, I believe once you get the computer started, it will be so fast, that if it could talk, it would tell you "you type with one hand, sorry, one finger, and I am tired waiting for you. Please hurry up. I am aging days between your movements", Mindblower! 🙂 🙂 🙂
