I tried your fix to remove shortcut arrows but nothing happened. What did I do wrong?

Shortcut arrow remover used to be a separate program but now it is bundled with this.
I have used it for many years and it could not be easier to use.
I am an insider, and with every new version the arrows come back and it is the first thing I run.
