I do not believe the attachment was added. I have a check mark on the PDF file that I just uploaded, but when I Submitted Rely I did not see any attachments like on your screen shot above.
At this time I am giving up on sending the attachment!

However, I still would like to know what the s/w is doing that saved me from buying a battery for my UPS backup?
Can you please explain that and please do not ask for any attachments - LOL
