Hi folks
I have installed windows 10 today and am just exploring it. But I cant find my solitaire and minesweeper games.
I understand this comes with solitaire but where is it?

I went to the Store on my machine, searched for Solitaire and it said it was installed.
Same for Minesweeper, although I play neither.
There's a whole host of free games in the Store!

Hi shobha
It is called the "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" on the start menu, it is usually installed with W10. The Minesweep App will have to be installed from the store.

If you can't find it just type solitaire in the search box.

Hi Shobha,
In the Start menu, (on the left toward the bottom), you should see "All apps". Click that and a list of programs will open in alphabetical order. Scroll down to M and you should then see "Microsoft Solitaire Collection".
As the others have said, you'll need to go to the Store to install Minesweeper. You'll find heaps of little free games in the Store - mahjong, card and puzzle games.

For anyone else interested in the Windows 7 original game pack, you can download it here & install it to Win 8- 10.

If you use google chrome as a web browser, you can also go to the google web store & get really cool games for free in there. I have backgammon, checkers....
