Anybody have any idea why this keeps popping up on my W10 desktop when I open IE11?

Have you deleted it?
If you right click>properties what is the path?
Have you tried to change any system storage locations?

I have tried deleting several times but it just pops right back up when I open IE11. I believe it has started this after the last round of updates.
OK, after further investigation this turns out to be IE's favorites folder, I clicked on the properties tab and changed the attributes from read only to hidden. At least now it doesn't popup on my desktop. Have no idea why it started poping up.

My guess is it should be c:\users\account\Favorites\Favorites bar and somehow it patch was screwed up or changed. You can simply change to path back to the default and it should be OK.
