Ever since I moved over WIN10 my printer is no longer printing labels. Messages are: Printer could not print Dymo Label print out.

Any assistance would truly be appreciated at this time.

Thanks and have a good day!

Hi ajs,

Windows 10 has had a lot of reported problems where printers are concerned.

The best thing I could say is to go to the printer's manufacturer's web site and download/install the drivers from there.

This should work until, maybe, the next Windows update rolls out.

Another option is to disable Windows driver installation. Check out this article: http://winsupersite.com/windows-10/stop-automatic-driver-updates-windows-10

Hope this helps,
Richard

I installed the drivers from DYMO's website and yes my Label Printer is back.

I also took your advice and stopped the auto updates coming from Windows.

Thanks again for your assistance!

Have a great day! God Bless!
