I have CyberGhost VPN (paid version), which has been running fine for about six months, but now every few minutes this popup appears (see pic). Not sure how to stop it? Any ideas, please?

What antivirus software are you running?

Have you tried running CyberGhost as admin? If not, right click CyberGhost's executable or shortcut and select "Run as administrator". See if that stops the popup.

To eliminate the possibility that your antivirus is blocking CyberGhost access, try temporarily disabling your antivirus and see if that stops the popup.

It's strange that this popup has started after 6 months with CyberGhost running fine. Have you made any changes recently, especially relating to network settings or security software?

Thanks for the reply. I'm Running Defender antivirus, but when run Ghost VPN as admin, there's no popup; it is only when the VPN is not running the popup appears every minute or so, but I can live with that; I just have the VPN on all the time. Thanks again for the advice.

That's weird. It means the popup is probably being generated by something other than CyberGhost.

Try adding CyberGhost into Defender's exclusions. I can help you with that if required.
