A Win 10 computer was not rebooted by a Windows bootable disk(But it works on oher computers),what should i do with this locked computer?

Welcome new poster. Could you be a little less vague. Not being there beside you, the more information you supply, the better the answer you might get.
Like, did that computer ever work, when was the last time, and additional computer make, model, speed, memory, laptop or desktop, etc..., Mindblower!

Thank you for reminding me.
That computer used to work (Now it is locked without password),it last worked on June 10th,Windows 10,64 bit,8GB.
