This can explain what "BOOTMGR MISSING" is better than I can.
You obviously have no bootable device or bootable media on the PC or the BCD store is corrupted.

Thank you for your help!!! I tried the lifewire mentioned F11 Advanced Startup Option and my system booted right away!!!
I dont know how that happened but I an pretty danged happy.
