"Lack of PC maintenance?!"
I didn't mean it in that way, knowing you I am sure you keep a very tidy ship. What I mean is how many PC user really ever update DRIVERS. If a PC works then why should we have too. I do believe the jury is still out on what is the real reason why the AU update will not install properly. I know from I read that it seams to affect newer machine, I have an old Dell OptiPlex 520 that is very happily running AU.
I still wish MS would reconsider their forced policy Windows Updates.
