Word/Excel 2010 - Creating an auto-update Calendar with Individual Assigned to Each Day

I want to automate a 365 day calendar that assigns individuals to each day. This can be in word or excel but I need it to print in a monthly calendar format. There are between 20-30 individuals (can vary) that would be the variables to feed in to this calendar. I am unable to determine the best way to accomplish this. Appreciate any help. Thanks
