hiya George and welcome!

We don't bite, so feel free to jump in, get your feet wet, and umm...bite back?

I really need to work on these greetings...

G'day George - Great to have you here. A Vic 20!! Boy, that brings back some memories. Our esteemed host (that's Dave ) and I suffer with gadgetmania too....can't have too many of them!
How's the weather there? Here (in Queensland, Oz) right now it's 25 degrees Celsius (77F) heading for a top of 29 (84F). Clear blue sky and just a hint of a sea breeze.......sorry

cheers now......JIM

P.S. Love the signature!

Hello George. Welcome aboard! We're very glad to have you aboard and hope to see you around these parts a lot!

My very own first computer was a TI-99.... Ahh - good memories.

Doesn't that make you want to fly to Australia and smack Jim on the top of the head? Nobody should have such nice weather while us in the Midwest are "suffering" through 40F highs. Jim lives a stones throw from the beach - at least he didn't include pictures - that would have been like pouring salt in an open wound!

Hi Dave:

The weather today in Southern California was about 80 degrees and sunny with a light breeze.

Just thought I would add some fuel to the fire

Mental note: Fly to California first and give Nightowl "the treatment".
